On 26 – 27 May 2025, JETforCE will participate in the Interreg Central Europe Capitalisation Event in Vienna, joining a dynamic gathering of transnational and cross-border Interreg projects from across the region.

This conference aims to strengthen synergies and spark collaboration and exchange between likeminded initiatives, laying the groundwork for new strategic partnerships and innovative project ideas ahead of the strategic call for capitalisation opening in autumn 2025.

The event kicks off on 26th May with the Interreg Showdown where participants will present project outputs and results in a fun and lively ‘PowerPoint Karaoke’ – combining improvisation with peer connection.

On 27th May, the day opens with a welcome address and a keynote on cross-border cooperation by Furio Honsell, followed by a panel debate featuring European Commission representatives and regional experts discussing how collaboration and synergies drive resilience in Central Europe.

Late morning features a preview of the upcoming strategic call for capitalisation, introduced through the most compelling and impactful presentations from the previous night and insights from Luca Ferrarese, Head of the Interreg Central Europe Joint Secretariat.

In the afternoon, JETforCE will take part in one of the thematic workshops where project representatives will present their work through poster displays and 5-minute pitches. This format is designed to allow projects to explore how their results can contribute to lasting impact in Central Europe. It will provide the first spark for developing new applications for the strategic call for capitalisation opening in autumn 2025.

Parallel to these, a capitalisation workshop will focus on how to embed project results into long-term policy impact, hosted by Interact and tailored to programme authorities and policymakers.

Through its participation, JETforCE aims to highlight key achievements, build new connections and support collaborative efforts toward sustainable regional development.
