In the first period of the V4Grid project, as 11 active consortium partners, we transitioned from introducing the project to ensuring its smooth coordination and progress. After our successful Kickoff Meeting, we held an essential Steering Committee Meeting in September and participated in several events where we showcased the V4Grid project, connected with industry professionals, and gathered valuable insights.

The First Steering Committee Meeting This online meeting allowed us to align our next steps and refine our workflows for optimal progress and implementation. We discussed the development of use cases, analyzed market trends, and explored potential hardware providers. Additionally, we reviewed the project’s management needs and our communication strategies to enhance the visibility of our initiative. This meeting was an essential step in the project and ensured smooth collaboration among all partners. Expanding Our Reach Via Events Thanks to the participation of the Technical University of Košice in three events so far, we have gained valuable insights into energy trends, green solutions, and technical challenges related to smart grids and power systems. As the project’s lead partner, ZSE participated in e-Fleet Days, providing an excellent opportunity to engage with professionals in e-mobility and explore new possibilities for the V4Grid project. Our efforts extended beyond Slovakia, as we participated in events in Hungary and Poland, where we explored strategies, transitions, and approaches toward sustainable energy systems. These gatherings provided valuable platforms for sharing insights, building connections, and promoting the project’s vision. As the V4Grid project progresses, we are shifting from a vision to strategy, focusing on practical solutions and exploring new opportunities in smart energy and e-mobility. The insights gained from our regular meetings and industry events help us refine our approach to build more efficient and sustainable energy system.
