Project overview
COOperation in Policy making to Augment Co-developed Territorial Impact of social services InnOvatioN
Peripheral regions must respond at the same time to rising care needs of elderly people and scarce opportunities for youth, but policies are often fragmented. COOPACTION aims to co-create inclusive solutions for both groups. Partners connect policymakers, social enterprises and communities in a bottom-up, multi-level governance process, test three pilot actions in elderly care and youth work and use an artificial intelligence-based participation platform to gather ideas. A shared territorial strategy then scales successful models.
