The first workshop on April 12th 2024 focussed on the ramifications for access to the job market, taking into account particular challenges women face on their way to find a job. Participants gained valuable insights about these challenges, possible issues and obstacles, and they exchanged ideas how to deal with them.
A second workshop took place one week later. After laying the groundwork on April 12th, this workshop focused on topics and prerequisites for self-employment, as well as potential issues that may arise when entering a job. Participants engaged in discussions about key topics related to professional integration such as equal treatment laws, ensuring insurance coverage and handling work-contracts.
