As part of this practical conference more than 100 experts and innovators took the opportunity to discuss pioneering solutions in the fields of AAL (Active and Assisted Living) and digital health in Linz on November 19, 2024.
The event focussed on several digital health and AAL topics. In the afternoon thematical slot on the stage organised by the Upper Austrian VReduMED project team was dedicated to VR in healthcare.
During the whole conference, an VR exhibition was held, featuring Austrian players in VR in healthcare like VReduMED, EU project XR2RESILIENCE, Developer XRCONSOLE, Research institutes like the Austrian Institute of Technology from Vienna and Joanneum Research from Graz. Participants were able to try our solutions and get to know the organizations.
The positive response from participants at the practical conference “AAL meets Digital.Health & Care” once again demonstrated that Linz is a central hub for innovation in healthcare – a perfect platform for exchanging ideas and shaping a connected future.
