The Upper Silesian Accelerator for Commercial Enterprises (GAPR), in cooperation with the X-Rehab Rehabilitation Centre in Gliwice, invites residents of Gliwice and the Gliwice district to participate in a pilot rehabilitation programme implemented as part of the international RehAllianCE project, co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg Central Europe Programme.
The pilot action aims to improve access to rehabilitation services and support innovation in the field of physical rehabilitation. A total of 80 residents will be offered free access to innovative rehabilitation services, including state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment and modern methods widely used in leading European rehabilitation centres.
- Responding to societal challenges
The pilot action addresses major societal challenges, including population ageing, shortages of specialised professionals, and increasing waiting times for rehabilitation services. Older adults are among the groups most in need of regular physical fitness support, yet they often face limited access to professional rehabilitation.
The RehAllianCE project provides an opportunity to test and validate innovative rehabilitation methods and robotic solutions with the ultimate objective of developing more effective, accessible, and individualised rehabilitation solutions, which could be scaled up in the future across other regions.
- Participation details
The programme is open to residents of Gliwice and the Gliwice district. 80 participants will be selected.
Further information and the registration form are available on the X-Rehab Rehabilitation Centre website. All participants will receive individualised care and professional support throughout the rehabilitation process.
