Organised in collaboration with the City of Szeged and REGEA, the gathering focuses on key themes that define GreenScape CE’s mission: advancing nature-based solutions (NbS) and green infrastructure (GI) to build resilient and livable urban spaces.
Meeting Agenda Highlights:
• Pilot action updates from partner cities, with a focus on the implementation of NbS and GI
• Citizen engagement approaches and co-creation methodologies to foster inclusive urban greening
• Transnational replication strategies, including tools for scalability and long-term sustainability
• Planning for the GreenScape CE Final Conference, to be held in Brussels in early 2026
In addition to plenary sessions and working groups, the meeting includes on-site visits to local NbS initiatives, offering participants first-hand insight into how Szeged is integrating environmental planning into its urban development strategies.
A special thanks goes to the City of Szeged and REGEA for their warm welcome and active role in facilitating a productive and inspiring exchange.
