After three years of collaboration, innovation and knowledge exchange, Food4CE has officially reached its conclusion. We are proud to share the final issue of the Food4CE newsletter, reflecting on the results achieved and the legacy that will continue beyond the project’s lifetime.
Over the course of the project, Food4CE has worked to strengthen Alternative Food Networks (AFNs) across Central Europe by improving logistics knowledge, fostering cooperation and supporting innovation. Inside this final issue, you will find a comprehensive overview of the Food4CE journey, including:
- A recap of the project’s key achievements, such as the creation of 5 Local Innovation Hubs, the Transnational Innovation Hub, and the development of the Knowledge Transfer Platform and the Matchmaking Platform;
- Highlights from the Food4CE Final Consortium Meeting and the Final Conference in Maribor, where partners and stakeholders discussed the future of Alternative Food Networks;
- Insights from the Innovation Hubs across Central Europe and the activities carried out in each partner region;
- Experiences from project partners, sharing lessons learned from three years of cooperation;
- The project’s key messages and lessons learned, outlining how logistics innovation, digitalisation and collaboration can strengthen Alternative Food Networks.
The newsletter also looks ahead: even though the project formally concludes, the digital platforms and Innovation Hubs will remain active, supporting continued cooperation, knowledge exchange and innovation in Alternative Food Networks.
