The 2nd MPA workshop, organized on September 24, 2025, at the CEE Egzotarium in Sosnowiec, attracted 19 stakeholders representing a wide range of sectors and expertise. Participants included representatives of local institutions and companies, City Hall staff from relevant departments, students, teachers, and IETU experts.
The main goals of the workshop were to:

Engage stakeholders in the development of the updated Sosnowiec Climate Adaptation Plan

Build local partnerships to connect different groups

Boost civic engagement

Improve knowledge and skills

Raise public awareness of climate resilience
The workshop created a friendly and collaborative environment for mapping out local challenges and opportunities, brainstorming potential solutions, and encouraging active participation and knowledge sharing.
Opening presentations by IETU experts, followed by group work, brainstorming sessions, and networking activities, supported the exchange of ideas on how to achieve sustainable, scalable, and adaptable urban solutions in Sosnowiec.
Participants were highly engaged, showing strong interest in the topic, creativity in generating ideas, and enthusiasm throughout the activity.
