Located in the heart of Split, PI RERA S.D. (Public Institution for the Coordination and Development of Split-Dalmatia County) is a key regional development agency in Croatia, established by the County to support the strategic development of the region. With a strong record in implementing EU-funded projects and drafting regional strategies, RERA S.D. bridges public, private, and civil sectors in building impactful partnerships for sustainable growth.
Over the years, RERA has gained significant experience in regional policy development, entrepreneurship support, and project implementation, especially those focused on sustainable development, innovation, and economic competitiveness. As a recognized regional coordinator, it plays a central role in drafting and implementing development plans, such as the Split-Dalmatia County Development Plan for 2022–2027.
Within the TASK4ISI project, RERA S.D. contributes its strategic and institutional expertise to promote inclusive entrepreneurship and regional cooperation. The agency co-leads the implementation of the Croatian ISIHUB in Split, jointly with partner CEDRA Split. It plays a central role in designing and piloting the regional Business Skills and Matchmaking Programme and in developing Croatia’s Local Action Plan Package. RERA also contributes to the preparation of the Joint Strategy Agenda and helps connect local stakeholders with the wider transnational network established by the project.
Through these efforts, RERA S.D. reinforces its mission to foster innovation, social inclusion, and competitiveness in the region, making inclusive entrepreneurship a meaningful part of local development policy.
