The Cross-sectoral Flagship Solution Model focuses on ensuring that project results continue to create value beyond individual sectors and beyond the project lifecycle.
Feedback collected across multiple sectors and countries highlighted that many circularity challenges are shared. Companies often face similar issues regardless of their industry, particularly in relation to technology adoption, skills development, and resource efficiency.
For this reason, the cross-sectoral approach focuses on enabling knowledge transfer and collaboration across sectors and regions. It builds on pilot results and service portfolios developed within the project, but its main strength lies in its continuation mechanism.
Project partners have agreed to maintain cooperation through regular exchanges after the project ends, creating a structured platform for sharing knowledge, identifying new opportunities, and developing future collaborations.
These exchanges support activities such as:
· sharing lessons learned from ongoing initiatives
· identifying new funding opportunities
· building new partnerships and project ideas
· extending collaboration to additional stakeholders
The continuation is further supported through a Cross-sectoral Flagship Initiative, which ensures that knowledge, methods, and tested approaches are continuously transferred into new contexts.
In parallel, partners integrate cross-sectoral services into their own activities, including training, advisory services, and innovation support, ensuring long-term accessibility for SMEs.
Overall, the Cross-sectoral Flagship Solution Model ensures continuity, enabling project results to evolve into new initiatives and collaborations across sectors.
