Advancing Key Deliverables
Work Package 1 is approaching a significant milestone, with the Analysis Report now incorporating new data from local climate plans provided by project partners. This ensures the final version will offer a more representative overview of regional climate realities. Additionally, the indicator and impact grids are in progress and expected to be submitted by the end of May, supporting the overall analytical framework.
Foundational Work Completed
Several core deliverables are already in place. One of the project’s main reports has been finalised, stakeholder workshops have been held and analysed, and a comprehensive SWOT analysis has been completed. The first version of the project dashboard has also been launched, providing a clear and accessible view of project metrics. Supporting content is currently being prepared to accompany the dashboard and enhance user engagement.
Strategic Planning Underway
Work on the CRICES Strategy is progressing, with a three-part roadmap now under development. This strategy will reflect lessons learned throughout the project and will guide future actions.
The meeting highlighted not only the tangible outputs already achieved, but also the careful planning in place to guide the next phase of the project. With a focus on collaboration, analysis, and strategic planning, Climate_CRICES continues to move forward in a focused and coordinated manner.
