The ESPON Programme has launched an open call for tenders to investigate how clean energy transition policies can be put into practice faster in central Europe.
The research is expected to lead to new evidence and data on the readiness and capacities of local and regional authorities for reaching climate neutrality. Successful bidders will have to identify the opportunities and challenges for establishing energy transition policies in central European territories. In addition, support through transnational cooperation and tailored governance mechanisms will have to be investigated.
Budget
The maximum available budget is EUR 270,000.00 (two hundred seventy thousand Euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
Deadline
The deadline to submit the tender is 13 October 2023 at 10:00 (CET).
