We recently took part in the International Mechatronics Forum 2025 in Graz (Austria), an inspiring opportunity to connect with companies, researchers, and innovation leaders committed to shaping a more sustainable mechanical sector.

During our REUSE2030 workshop “𝘙𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬. 𝘙𝘦𝘶𝘴𝘦. 𝘙𝘦𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.”, we explored how circular economy principles can drive competitiveness and resilience in Central Europe’s mechanical industry. Partners presented the project’s first results, including progress on the 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 and the 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹 – two innovative solutions designed to help SMEs reduce waste, optimise production processes, and move towards a zero-carbon future.

The discussions confirmed that circular transformation is not a distant goal, but a process already underway, driven by collaboration between businesses, institutions, and research organisations.

🤝 A heartfelt thank you to our partners at ICS Internationalisierungscenter Steiermark for the excellent organisation, to all speakers for their inspiring contributions, and to our project partners for their active participation!

Together, we are building a greener, more circular future for European industry. ♻️
