The REDU-CE-D Transnational Advisory Forum (TAF) will take place on 9th June 2026 in Italy, hosted by Romagna Tech.
This high-level transnational event represents a key milestone of the REDU-CE-D project. The Forum will validate the results of the pilot testing activities implemented under Work Package 2 and provide concrete recommendations for the improvement and final customisation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) packages developed for the four transport modes: air, rail, waterway, and urban transport.
The TAF will bring together key experts from the partner organisations, representatives responsible for the pilot testing sites, experts from the Associated Partners, and thematic specialists in energy management in transportation. Particular attention will be given to those experts who were directly involved in monitoring and evaluating the pilot test site visits.
The Forum will be structured around four thematic working tables, one dedicated to each transport mode. During these sessions, participants will analyse the evaluation feedback from the testing sites, discuss strengths and challenges encountered during the pilot phase, and identify opportunities for improvement. Following the thematic discussions, a plenary session will be held to consolidate the results of the working groups and jointly formulate shared recommendations and operational guidelines. These outcomes will directly contribute to refining and finalising the customised EMS support packages, ensuring their robustness, usability, and transferability across Central Europe.
Stakeholders, transport authorities, infrastructure managers, policymakers, and sustainability experts interested in energy management in transport are warmly invited to express their interest in participating.
