On 25 November, the NUTSHELL@CE co-creation workshop was held in the Municipality of Mercato Saraceno, one of the municipalities of the Unione Valle Savio (UVS).
The hybrid workshop gathered 11 participants representing key actors of the local mobility ecosystem. The discussion was coordinated by our external expert Decisio Company, who facilitated the co-creation process.
The meeting was organised into two main parts:
Part 1 – Project Overview and Methodology
Participants were provided with:

An overview of the NUTSHELL@CE project and its objectives

The goals and structure of the co-creation process
-
A presentation of the PTSQC methodology and its application to the UVS territory
This introductory phase ensured a shared understanding of the project framework and set the basis for constructive dialogue.
Part 2 – Scenario Building and Visioning
In the second part, stakeholders actively worked on:

Identifying the main critical issues affecting public transport in the Valley

Building future mobility scenarios

Discussing possible pathways and actions to achieve a shared long-term vision
The proposals and reflections that emerged were grouped into the following macro-themes:

Thanks to the active participation of attendees, the workshop made it possible to openly discuss the main challenges facing mobility in the Valley, explore potential solutions and identify concrete actions to be included in the UVS Action Plan.
