The Kick-off Meeting of INNOSKILLS-CE will take place in Ferrara. The meeting will bring together the Lead Partner and project partners to launch the operational work, confirm coordination arrangements and ensure a shared understanding of the project objectives and expected results.
The programme will start with an informal networking moment, including a guided walking tour of Ferrara’s historic centre. The formal meeting will begin with a welcome speech by the Lead Partner.
A brief recap of the INNOSKILLS-CE project will set the scene, and the Joint Secretariat Project Officer will present key Interreg Central Europe programme principles in an online session.
A core part of the meeting will focus on clarifying partner contributions. Each partner will present their institution, the staff involved and the expected results they will deliver. The agenda will then continue with dedicated sessions on the two main work packages: WP1 mapping SMEs, skills analysis and the development of a joint training strategy for key manufacturing sectors, and WP2 on innovation in education and training through collaboration. In addition, the Communication Coordinator will present the project Communication Strategy, including planned activities and expected outputs, such as partner contributions, workshops, local events and transnational meetings.
The meeting will conclude with an open discussion to collect questions and align on next steps.
