On March 11th at 9:00 a.m., a meeting of the CONE project (in Czech) took place at the town hall in České Budějovice.
This meeting is dedicated to sharing current information on the progress of the project and the next steps that await us in the near future. The meeting is an opportunity to present the progress made so far, discuss the results of the pilot activities, and together take a look at how we are succeeding in promoting nature-based solutions in the context of urban governance and planning.
During the meeting, Michaela Novotná (JAIP, PP6) presented the CONE project. Monika Kahudová (City of České Budějovice, PP7) introduced the meeting participants to the pilot actions taking place in České Budějovice: the Heat Stress Mitigation pilot action on the square in front of KD Vltava and Rainwater Management pilot action in the Na Sadech city park. Local expert Lenka Marcinová explained the technical details of both pilot actions in České Budějovice. The meeting participants widely discussed the next steps in the CONE project.
