In transnational cooperation, projects deliver strong results – but the biggest impact happens when those results are taken further together. Our programme conference in Vienna on 5 November 2026 is designed to help projects connect more purposefully across countries and themes: to spot complementarities, join forces, and ensure that existing outputs travel further, faster, and into wider use.
The core idea is simple: future impact grows when projects connect. Instead of constantly inventing something new, we focus on combining what already works by matching solutions, tools, methods, and stakeholder networks across projects and countries. The conference will create space for practical matchmaking, structured moments to identify overlaps and gaps, and hands-on formats to shape joint pathways for uptake, replication, and scaling.
In this sense, the conference translates the spirit of the programme’s strategic capitalisation call into a broader setting: making the reuse and joining up of results a shared habit, not a one-off instrument. It also builds a bridge to the next wave of projects expected to start in autumn 2026 by strengthening an ecosystem in which these strategic operations can anchor, connect, and amplify results together with previously funded projects.
Participants will leave with concrete collaboration ideas, clearer routes for reuse and transfer of outputs, and a stronger transnational network built around one purpose: better together for future impact.
Registration will open in the summer.
