The programme begins on 16 June 2025 with the opportunity to participate in the XIII OSE Energy Summit at the Museum of the Second World War. The H2CE project will be represented with an information stand, and a dedicated hydrogen panel will provide visibility for ongoing activities. In the evening, partners will gather for an informal networking dinner in Gdańsk’s Old Town.
On 17 June, the partnership will meet in the Rycerska Room of the Office of the Marshal of the Pomorskie Voivodeship to review project progress and exchange insights on key deliverables. The day will also include a guided city tour of Gdańsk and a networking dinner in Sopot, providing further opportunities for informal discussions and strengthening cooperation among partners.
The second day, 18 June, will focus on governance and practical implementation. A Steering Committee meeting will be held in the Herbowa Room of the Marshal’s Office, followed by a study visit to EXION HYDROGEN Polskie Elektrolizery. This visit will allow participants to gain first-hand insights into the technological and industrial dimensions of hydrogen deployment in Poland.
By combining strategic discussions, stakeholder exchange, cultural activities, and practical study visits, the Gdańsk meeting will contribute to aligning regional efforts within a transnational framework. It will further support the project’s mission to equip Central European regions with the knowledge, tools, and cooperation mechanisms needed to advance the hydrogen economy in a sustainable and coordinated way.
