On March 11, 2026, consortium partners, local partners of ISIHUBs and aspiring entrepreneurs from local pilots gathered online at the 6th TNISIHUB meeting. The session brought together insights from across five countries, combining practical experiences from the field with collaborative planning for the project’s long-term sustainability.

Real Stories, Real Progress

A key highlight of the meeting was the ISIHUB updates session, where each partner country shared progress, challenges, and lessons learned from their pilot programmes. Beyond data and metrics, the session was enriched by real entrepreneurial stories that illustrated the human side of the project.

Hungary’s update stood out with contributions not only from the project team but also from a trainer and an entrepreneur, offering a well-rounded perspective. Zsuzsanna Fülöp from Impact Hub Budapest shared valuable insights into the local implementation. Italy and Croatia also brought inspiring entrepreneur stories, showcasing journeys of growth, resilience, and learning.

Germany and Poland provided detailed programme updates, focusing on structure, progress, and key takeaways, even though no entrepreneurs were present in this session.

Across all countries, a common thread emerged: while challenges remain, the programme is clearly making a meaningful impact on participants, supporting their development and entrepreneurial journeys.

Building the Future: Action Plan for Sustainable Cooperation

The second half of the meeting shifted focus toward the future, with an interactive group session dedicated to finalizing the Action Plan for the Memorandum of Sustainable Cooperation.

Through collaborative work, partners aligned on several important points:

●      The Memorandum will be signed collectively by all project partners, reinforcing a shared commitment.

●      The Action Plan will function as an internal, dynamic working document to guide ongoing collaboration within the consortium.

●      Digital signing will be facilitated via Docusign, while Poland plans to complement this with a physical signing event involving local partners by late May or early June.

●      A dedicated LinkedIn group will be created—initially as a closed space for signatories, with the possibility of opening it more broadly after the programme concludes.

●      Partners will co-create a shared value proposition, each contributing a concise statement to shape a unified message.

●      The Action Plan itself will be consolidated into a practical, shared document outlining responsibilities, timelines, and both ongoing and one-time activities.

This session marked an important step toward ensuring that the collaboration built during the project continues beyond its formal timeline.

Looking Ahead

The meeting concluded with a wrap-up of key takeaways and a clear agreement on next steps. Finalizing the Memorandum and Action Plan will be a central focus in the coming weeks and months, alongside gathering feedback from partners to further refine the process.

As TNISIHUB moves forward, the combination of practical experience, shared learning, and strategic planning continues to strengthen the partnership—laying the groundwork for lasting impact and sustainable cooperation across countries.
