This dynamic session will bring together investors, designers, architects, construction companies, decision- and policy-makers, as well as representatives of the education and training sector. The workshop aims to foster dialogue, exchange insights, and collaboratively contribute to the development of a regional strategy supporting a sustainable, innovative, and digitally enabled construction sector in Central Europe.
Workshop Focus
During the workshop, the project partners will present the conceptual design of the Regional Strategy for Circular and Digitalised Construction. Participants will have the opportunity to actively contribute to discussions and ensure that the strategy reflects:

the real needs of industry and SMEs,

skills and competency requirements for professionals transitioning to circular and digital practices,

challenges related to regional collaboration,

priority areas for further development.
Stakeholder feedback will play a key role in tailoring the strategy to strengthen efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainable development within the Central European construction sector.
