On 25 March 2026, the H2CE partnership will gather in Berlin for the Final Project Conference (HYBRID), marking the conclusion of the Interreg Central Europe project dedicated to strengthening hydrogen governance at regional level.
Under the title “Strengthening the H2CE Hydrogen-Ready Regions Network”, the conference will bring together policymakers, regional authorities, researchers and energy experts to reflect on achievements and discuss the future of hydrogen integration in Central Europe.
Highlights of the event include:
🔹 A keynote speech by Jorgo Chatzimarkakis (Hydrogen Europe) on the current state and perspectives of the hydrogen economy in Central Europe.
🔹 Presentation of the H2CE Collaboration Platform supporting regions in hydrogen integration.
🔹 A high-level panel discussion with representatives from Brandenburg, Emilia-Romagna and the University of Zagreb.
🔹 Spotlight on key project tools, including the Veneto GIS Tool.
🔹 Presentation of the H2CE position paper and outlook for continued cooperation beyond the project lifetime.
