Interreg Cooperation Day is an annual campaign celebrating the power of European cooperation across borders.
Since its launch in 2012, the initiative has brought people together in more than 1,490 events, reaching 47 million citizens across Europe. Each year, thousands take part in cultural events, leisure activities, and sports – from cycling tours to concerts and community gatherings. All these activities showcase the real results of EU-funded cooperation and how it makes our regions stronger.
This year, Interreg Cooperation Day will be celebrated on 21 September, with events taking place across Europe in the surrounding weeks. Interreg programmes lead the way in organising activities that bring cooperation to life.
