Question:

What are minimum requirements for a transnational project partnership?

Answer:

When forming a project partnership, the following minimum requirements have to be met:

  • At least three financing partners;
  • From at least three countries;
  • With at least two of the partners located in the programme area.

Furthermore, the lead partner shall be located in the programme area.

Partnerships can, however, also be larger than required at minimum (around 11 or even more partners).
